"This is a REMIX"
What am I talking about? Well Hey Leroy! / LeroyBurgess.com has undergone a BIG change. We hope you like it!
The new layout sees the site better organised, easier to update, more searchable and just generally better. We hope you'll check back often too see what's happening in Leroy's world, and give feedback on what you'd like to see, and any tip-offs on LB related information and releases you find. Either send an email, or leave a message for Leroy or Jason in the Guestbook.
At the moment, the main page only shows the 12 most recent articles, so click on relevant CATEGORY to see all the articles for that section. We'll be adding NEXT/PREVIOUS navigation to each page soon, to break up the longer pages into more manageable (and less bandwidth hogging) pieces.
There are new dedicated sections for Black Ivory, The Aleems and Patrick Adams. Some of the old content is still to be ported over, but it'll all be there soon.

Rick James
We would like to express our condolences to the family and friends of funk legend Rick James, on his recent passing.
You may recall Rick's "Garden of Love" LP featured the track "Big Time" which was written by Leroy, James Calloway and Sonny Davenport.

Site Improvements
We've implemented a new news system here on the site, so you'll notice a news scroller on the front page, and that the news page itself has changed in format.
The new system makes news items easier to add, so hopefully, should see the news page being updated more often. Additionally, the new system looks smarter, and has a nice searchable archive.
In the interim, all of the older news stories have disappeared, so please bear with us, while these are ported over to the new system.
